In a pint jar, first place a stainless steel spoon (the metal absorbs and prevents the jar from cracking), then fill the jar with boiling water. Pour the contents of a certain package of dye into the jar. When the water cools, add a teaspoon of vinegar. Dissolve each packet of dye in a separate jar as follows: yellow, orange, red, maroon, brown, blue, light blue, green . The paint adheres best to the egg if it is stored at room temperature (20-25 °C or 68-77 °F). After prolonged use, the dye may lose its effectiveness. Just add a teaspoon of vinegar and it will change the color intensity and viscosity.
Add 1 cup of boiling water to one package of dye. Do not add vinegar to yellow and orange. Add a spoonful of vinegar to other dyes!
