Returns & Refunds

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our dried flowers, all sales are final.

If you would like to request a return:

  • returns may be accepted only with prior approval;

  • return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility;

  • items must be returned in their original, unused condition.


Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
